  1. This is one of the best Hallmark movies I've seen. It 'very good and very funny. Even my husband enjoyed it!

  2. An energetic young woman named Faith devoted time to writing to encourage the troops overseas. Cody Cullen receives one of his papers, which keeps him going despite the tragedy that experiences serving in the armed forces. When he is given the opportunity, you go in search of the woman, Faith, whose words kept her spirit strong during the war. Meet the faith and his family and through a series of events, stays at their home to work at the family business for several weeks. Falls rapidly in love with the lively faith, which is engaged to her boyfriend for some time, Paul. While the plot is engaging and sweet, there were several scenes evocative and impure, that might offend. Cody remains in the family house of faith, and she shows him her bedroom. There is a scene account of Paul and Faith alone kissing passionately in the family house and dance so sensual in another scene. Playing football, Faith Cody tackles and ends on him with other family members piled on her. Faith is on top of Cody after falling in a forest and kisses – very evocative. Father of Faith makes a suggestive comment to her mother. Jeans worn by various characters thorought the movie were very tight. Except for the scene in the woods, Cody behaves like a gentleman, while Paul is a selfish man vigorously. Is not recommended as a family friendly film.

  3. This 'film' is a TV movie that romanticizes war and 'Christian values'. I was not able to finish it. Sappy lines much and acting. For example, Cody Jones shows a picture of his girlfriend, and later when Cody meets the girl who has the sweater identical to the photos! They thought that would not have recognized her? I would give it zero stars. Koolaid for people who have already had too much.

  4. This is very dull and lifeless film, as are the three "young" lead "actors". The whole cast is too old for the age that is supposed to be playing. Beautiful scenery can not be done due to the fact that the plot was not integrated, nor are the characters. If you want to buy a Hallmark movie well, I would recommend "Pictures of Hollis Woods" instead.

  5. I bought this movie from Amazon based on its good reviews from other viewers. It 'was terrible! The resolution was terrible, including the handsome soldier I have a great desire to connect with. The story was too syrupy for me, and entirely predictable. There are far better Christmas movies out there, including "The Family Stone."
