I bought this after Christmas sale to use in my windows next year. They are easy to use, the suction cups work pretty well to keep them safe. Insert 2 AA batteries, screw on the base closely and the candle is lit and ready to go. The bases of gold are made of plastic, but they seem pretty good. The bulb is also a candle of rubbery plastic, but has a nice glow yellow / orange. The candles are lit at the same time each day. That might be useful to use in a difficult position to reach because they do not need to be activated every day. The batteries last a long time in them. I had my course for about 6 weeks and the batteries are still in progress.

I bought these candles in November at a much higher price from another seller online. I buy 5 sets to see if they really work, as described, they did! When I saw them on Amazon for 1 / 2 the price I jumped on them for the rest of my 47 windows. Are about the same time and go off 6 hours later. Suction cups hold them in place well and have never lost the battery. Of all the sets that I bought only 2 candles were not working properly. I returned them and got a replacement. My only wish is that the light was white, but I searched and searched and I do not think exist in LED, battery, with a timer.

Candlelight these are supposed to be automatic turn on / off. . Well, do not work. . . I bought 6 of them and I am not happy with them!

These are the best battery operated candles. A glow realisic candle and make it work as stated. I own a pair of 9 "and 12". I'm thinking of buying more. Terry in KY

The light output for the candle lighting is poor – as has been noted in other reviews. But the convenience of automatic on and off and being cordless is worth it. One problem is that this is a hit or miss to light the candles on and off manually, and once that is done is difficult to take time to come up at the same time. I would buy again
